Order Processing
At Made The Grades, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Please note that processing times may be longer during new product releases, promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Orders
Products listed as pre-orders will ship when inventory becomes available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Made The Grades is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist with the investigation and claims process where applicable.
Made The Grades is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing thereafter.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
